European Hot Chocolate
Method
- Melt you chocolate gentle with a double boiler or microwave oven.
- Add melted chocolate to your pot and stir in the milk over medium heat.
- Heat up to 87C, cup up, add marshmallows and enjoy!
Tip
When Brewing hot chocolate you are making an emulsion. In order to avoid the chocolate to separate from your milk in your cup, we suggest melting the chocolate first and then adding your milk.
